How to delete your account
How to delete your Purrfect Pilots (Gecko Games) account and its data.
In the game
- Open Settings in the game.
- Tap Delete account and confirm twice to ask for deletion.
- 7 days after you ask (within 10 days at the latest), your account and game data are deleted from our servers. The next time you open the game, you start fresh.
- During those 7 days you can cancel the request in Settings at any time. You can't make purchases while the request is open.
If you've removed the game or can't open it
Email contact@geckogamestudio.com with "Account deletion request". If you know the Account ID shown on the Settings screen, please include it. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we handle it within 10 days. If we can't confirm it, we can't delete it.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Abuse records | Deleted after up to 1 year |
| Access logs | Deleted after up to 3 months |
| Usage records | Deleted after up to 14 months |
| Ad information | As set by the ad company's own policy |
| Inquiries | Kept for 3 years as the law requires, then deleted |
| Purchase records | Kept for 5 years as the law requires, then deleted |
However, if an investigation by the authorities or a dispute is under way, or money is still to be settled between you and us, we keep the information until that is over.
A deleted account and the items bought on it can't be restored.
